Understanding the Application Timeline

Open enrollment runs from November through February each year for the upcoming school year. However, applications are accepted year-round for the current school year and waitlist placement. Open enrollment begins Nov. 1 and ends Feb. 10.

Create Your Application Account

• Create an account or log in at applyharmony.schoolmint.com/signup
• If you have an existing account from previous years, simply sign in
• Use the forgot password feature if needed
• Add your student's information following the prompts
• Select ALL campuses you're interested in
• Rank your campus preferences

Submit Your Application

Once you've completed all required fields, submit your application and wait for communication from your selected campuses via email, phone or text.

Our Lottery Process

At the close of open enrollment, applications enter our fair and transparent lottery system. When applications exceed available seats, Harmony uses a blind, computer-based lottery to ensure equity for all families.

Priority factors include:

• Siblings of current students and children of employees may receive priority according to board-approved policies
• The system generates both a seat offer list and a waitlist in random order

Waitlist procedures:

• Waitlists are maintained for all schools without immediate openings
• Lists follow our prioritization order for each grade level at each campus
• When seats become available, families receive communication from the campus
• You have three business days to accept an open seat
• Waitlists do NOT carry over from one school year to the next

Post-Lottery Notifications

Parents receive email notifications once the lottery concludes. Students not initially selected remain on the waitlist for the school year with potential for enrollment if space becomes available.

Enroll your Student

 If your student is offered a seat, you must accept it and confirm your child's seat within three days. Complete additional steps, such as screening or registration to finalize enrollment.
